This course is designed to educate the student of the importance of evaluating and maintaining physical fitness while learning and building character qualities needed to maintain a healthy and prosperous lifestyle. Students will learn to appreciate and utilize the abilities of others. Students will explore their potential and challenge their limits through team sports such as, football, basketball, power ball, soft ball, and volleyball. They will also build individual skill and fitness through aerobic dance, double-dutch, and tennis. They will learn their value contribution through team building games and activities.
