Weight Training 9-12 Boys

It is time to build and care for the temple (our bodies)!  The goal of this class will be to achieve the benefits that can come about in all areas of human development – physical, mental, social, emotional, and of course spiritual.  The students will also learn some basic anatomy and physiology of the human body so that there is a complete understanding of what specific muscles are being worked for desired results.  It will be expected that student take what they have learned and be able to safely and effectively create their own workout routine not only inside and outside of class but into their future for a lifetime.
